You really want to know exactly how the house is coming along that is? (Because this is the question I hear at least 5 times a day.)

Well, you know how sometimes things have to get a little worse before they can get better?

(Sidenote: the falling-off-the-wall sink is one of the reasons we had a hard time getting a mortgage approved for this house. We had to prove to the bank that we intended to fix it. Yes, seriously.)
